Python Job: Python Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of engineers across three scrum teams.

Develop and deploy scalable speech-to-text solutions and NLP models.

Collaborate with customer service teams to enhance servicing capabilities for frontline engineers.

Drive the implementation of Gen AI use cases, including summarization and speech-to-text technologies.

Work with data and analytics teams to improve servicing technology through innovative solutions.

Ensure robust back-end server-side development, focusing on microservices and data-related work.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in software development, with significant expertise in Python and machine learning.

Strong background in speech-to-text technologies and unstructured data handling.

Proficiency in NLP and building scalable ML models.

Experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) and Google Cloud Platform services is essential.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Java and API development.
